Event Management / Rounds
1. Once you click on “Start Event” the participants will get a text message with instructions about which table number they should be going for round #1. The event page on their phones will also be updated automatically with instructions.
2. Click on the Play button to begin the round
3. Once the round is finished the participants will get a text message with a link to provide their feedback to the person they met in round #1. Participants may ignore the link if their phones are sill on the event's page, it will contain the instruction about how to give feedback.
4. Click on the Play button to begin a break
5. Once the break is finished the participants will get a text message with instructions for round #2 and the screens on their phones will be updated as well
6. Repeat steps 2-5 till the end of the event. Alternatively, you may set Round autostart or/and Break autostart options to ON.
Note: in most cases, participants may ignore text messages if they don't close the browsers on their phones - screen will be updaed automatically
