SpeedMatchApp can send a welcome text message to all clients who just signed up via Eventbrite. This text message may contain a link to their profile.

1. Go to Agency Settings

2. Click on the “Messages” tab

3. To add a new template click on “Add Template”

4. Select “Contact: Eventbrite Welcome” as a template type and click on “Add” button

5. The “Contact: Eventbrite Welcome” should appear in the list

6. Click on “Contact: Eventbrite Welcome”

7. In the pop-up, you may customize the text of the message that your clients will be getting on their phones. Please make sure to keep short links in the text if you want the message to be personalized:

     a. {first_name} - member’s first name

     b. {last_name} - member’s last name

     c. {auth_link} - authentication link to their personal profile
